JAPANESE WAGYU BEEF

PURE KAGOSHIMA WAGYU A5. Kagoshima Wagyu comes from Ito Wagyu. Ito breeds its own Kuroge Washu cattle on small farms, where they are nurtured like a part of the family what results in a highly marbled, extremely delicate meat. Japanese Wagyu graded A5 achieves the highest marbling of any beef in the world. Marbling or intramuscular fat is responsible for tenderness, juiciness, and umami flavour. Fed with grass, rice straw and silage.

LATVIAN BEEF

LATVIAN BIOLOGICAL CHAROLAIS. The proud cattle of the Charolais breed graze freely in the meadows of the Ogre river nature park "Ogres ieleja", which is included in the Natura 2000 network of protected natural areas of European importance. All the fodder necessary for farming - both grain and hay, is obtained from these fields, which allows to ensure the quality of the produced products. The steak comes from the "Tauri" farm where the farmers are united by the belief that it is possible to grow high-quality beef in Latvia. Fed with grass and hay.
